orchestraLe Concert d'Anvers is a new period instrument orchestra founded by artistic director Bart Van Reyn and based in Antwerp. We focus on the repertoire of the 18th and early 19th century. Bringing our fire of playing to an audience is what we value most.

The orchestra played in the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Brussels, deSingel Antwerp and has been invited several times at the Haydn-Festival in Brühl (D) and Musica Sacra Festival Maastricht (NL).
In 2013 they toured in Flanders with Mozart's Don Giovanni and played Bach's Matthäus-Passion and Mendelssohn's oratorio Paulus in a live broadcast on Radio 4 in the Netherlands.
In 2014 they toured with Gluck’s opera Orfeo ed Euridice and they played Bach cantatas in the Flanders Festival. In 2015 they are invited by King Filip of Belgium to play Handel's Messiah in the royal Christmas concert, with tv-broadcast. In 2016 they will be touring with Mozart’s Così fan tutte in a new production by The Ministry of Operatic Affairs, they will record a Haydn disc, and play concerts with Beethoven symphonies.
